Monsters are like the wind
By Liam Gordon
Monsters are like the wind.
Invisible and unseen.
They are like a breeze.
You think you feel them, then you don’t.
If you see one it is like looking straight at death.
You freeze like a deer in headlights.
Too scared to move or run.
Your movements are like a snail’s.
Your mind can’t function anymore.
You are scared of everything.
When the monster is gone the fear changes into a rage.
You become a bull seeing red.
You just charge.
