Rainy Blossoms

By Esme Stone and Byron Hung

The rain falls on leaves

I stumble on the wet ground

Trees all around me

I brush the fronds with my hand

A flower grows there

Sharper than wit, and yet kind.

Purple and yellow

I walk onward, through the land.
